Victoria Vdovychenko
President


Ms. Vdovychenko is a founder of the IPG. She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Foreign Policy and Diplomacy within the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, as well as a Teaching Fellow at the Kyiv National Economic University. As a young professional pursuing an international active engagement with her professional activity areas, Ms. Vdovychenko is a Ukrainian alumna of the U.S. Department of State-sponsored Professional Fellows Program (PFP), in the framework of which she passed a traineeship at the Connecticut State Senate. In 2015, her project entitled "School of Good Governance: Advocacy" won a grant from the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund of the U.S. State Department. As an author of numerous publications on the foreign policy history of the EU member-states and of European integration, she is an invited moderator and speaker invarious international programs and events in Slovakia, Poland, France and Italy.

 

Olga Chorna
Head of Legal Department


Another IPG lawyer is Ms.Chorna, who has worked as a lawyer for commercial and non-governmental institutions. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. Her professional membership includes the Coordination Council for Young Lawyers of Ukraine (under the Department of Justice in Kirovohrad region) and Forum for Young Lawyers of Ukraine. Her participationin many international conferences and articles on "Intellectual Property Law" are particularly noteworthy.

 

Yuliya Markuts
Head of the Department of Public and International Relations


Ms. Markuts is a Ph.D. Fellow in Economics and a Senior lecturer at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. She is responsible for coordinating the IPG’s liaison and communications with the public institutions, business circles, civil society and international associations. She is a graduate of international programmes in the UK, Malta and Poland.

 

Olga Rudenko
Public Relations Manager


Ms. Rudenko is engaged in informational support of the Project “School of Good Governance: Advocacy”. She is a graduate of the "Young Generation Will Change Ukraine" programme, and currently pursues a master’s degree study in International Law. Her professional memberships include the Chamber of Tax Advisers of Ukraine, European Law Students’ Association and board membership of the NGO "Global Ukrainian Development".

 

Anastasiia Bezhevets
International Relations Manager

Ms. Bezhevets is a bachelor degree student in International Economics of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. She is forming the NGO's image in Ukraine and responsible for establishing public relations. Has active social position, volunteer of NGO “Poruch”. She is alumni of U.S. Depatment of State governmental “Study of the U.S Institute” program and a graduate of international exchange in Armenia.

 

Svitlana Pozniak
Media Manager


Ms. Pozniak is a bachelor degree student of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, Faculty of International Economics and Management. She makes researches in the field of international competitiveness of countries, international migration and human capital. In NGO she deals with PR issues and media. She is a trainee in NGO "Federation of Franchising in Ukraine", volunteer of NGO "Poruch". Her participation in international programs include CFA Institute Research Challenge.
