School of Good Governance: Advocacy is happy to welcome new speaker - Ihor Koliushko!

The team of the School of Good Governance: Advocacy joined the Chairman of the NGO "Center for Political and Legal Reforms" Ihor Koliushko.

Mr. Koliushko is an expert in public law, author and co-author of 40 bills considered by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He took active part in the preparation and approval of the Ukrainian Constitution. Mr. Ihor was National Deputy of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine second and third convocation. A member of both committees, aimed to strengthen democracy and the rule of law. He is member of many parliamentary and governmental working groups, which are drafting legislation. It is currently a public law senior lecturer of the "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" National University and also head of the Kyiv Mohyla School of Public Administration.
